Refund & Exchange Policy

• Please arrange with the courier to deliver the item while you are at home so you can check and try it on while they wait.

• In case of any defect, you are eligible for free return shipping and exchange.

• Returns or exchanges after the courier leaves are currently not available. However, please DM us and we will assist you with your concern.

• Customers outside Cairo and Alexandria are kindly requested to ask for the package to be opened before shipment when placing the order.

• Customized orders (size or height adjustments) are not eligible for exchange unless the item is faulty.
