• In case of any defect, you are eligible for free return and shipping.

• Returns or exchanges after the courier leaves are limited; however, kindly DM us and we will assist you with your concern.

• Customers outside Cairo and Alexandria must request to open the package upon delivery when placing the order.

• Customized orders (size or height adjustments) are not eligible for exchange unless the item is faulty.
